Good news! I have been noticing recently that a lot of packaged foods display a round-shaped, Health Star Rating image on the front of the pack where you can see it clearly and also read it without requiring glasses.
Well it happened! I turned 60 around ten days ago and believe it or not nothing unpleasant occurred in the process! I didn’t suddenly gain more wrinkles, have to purchase a walker or a hearing aid, nor did I wake up with any new aches and pains.
I have to finally accept that my fabulous fifties are over and I’m going to be sixty. OMG did I really say that out loud!!
I guess the main point that the Body Image Movement and other more positive campaigns such as under garment brand Bonds advertisements, is that women come in all sizes and shapes and there is no such thing as the perfect body shape.
