A day in Langkawi left me thirsting for more of this magical land of legends. I would have liked more time to explore the beautiful rainforests, rivers, waterfalls and marine parks; cruise around some of the other 99 islands; or see some of the other gorgeous pristine beaches that Langkawi is renowned for.
After setting sail from Singapore we cruised through the night and the following morning where we docked at the port of Penang. The largest and most populated state in Malaysia, Penang is located on the northwest coast of Peninsula Malaysia by the Strait of Malacca.
